Over the past 16 years, I’ve built a career at the intersection of fashion, art direction, and being short. I’ve designed graphics, directed photoshoots, and styled editorials and ad campaigns. Most recently, I consulted on the creative direction and marketing of a denim brand made for short women.
As a stylist immersed in an industry that upholds tall beauty ideals, I developed a negative inner dialogue about my height. Discovering fashion tailored for women of petite stature gave me hope. It inspired me to pivot my entire career toward uplifting Shorties—literally and figuratively!
